Q What is the Warranty for the faucets ?
A For the faucets,we have 5 years warranty and 2 years for the spare parts. If any quality problems on our side were found in this period, we will send you the replacement with your next new order.

Q What about the delivery time ?
A Estimated samples delivery time is 10-15 days;
20ft container is 35 - 40 days;
40ft container is 40 - 60 days.

Q What is your MOQ ?
A 24pcs each finish for a model.Higher MOQ for customized finish.

Q Do you charge for samples and freight ?
A Yes,as per our company policy, the samples and freight will be on customer’s account.

Q How can we get sample to check quality ? And how many days ?
A You can order one or few pieces sample to check our product quality firstly. It can be ready within 3-10 days once we receive the sample payment if they are instock.

Q Can we get support if we have our own market position ?

Q Is your factory able to design our own package ?
A Yes. We are able to help design your own packaging. Also we can share our ideas oon packing.

Q Can your factory laser print our brand on the product?
A Yes. For normal products, with your authorization letter, we can laser print your brand logo on the products. While the products with cUPC certification, if required printing logo and cUPC logo on the product at the same time, you need to make an application to IAMPO company.

Q Can I visit Landonbath factory? Can your factory pick me up from hotel or airport?
A Sure, it is great honor to invite you to visit Landonbath factory. It is about 2hs from Guangzhou and 1.5hs away from Foshan City to get here. We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel or airport when you are in Guangzhou or Foshan city.

Q Since we can not visit your factory in person, can we arrange a video meeting?
A Sure,we could arrange the video meeting on TEAMS, ZOOM, WECHAT, or any specific APP to help you have better understanding on our products, company and factory via the camera.
